If you want to run meth as a basic detonation guard for your car, that is a good idea. You do not need to spray much to get the helpful effects in det prevention with an existing 94 tune. However, you will loose a little bit of power. I did this personally, no "Failsafe", because I don't need one, I just put meth in with my existing tune. If I run out, not only will I see a warning light beforehand, but I can still boost because my basic tune is 'fairly' safe. Also, when you choose your kit, you really don't want anything that is overly-complicated. Keep it simple! A boost-referenced controller that modulated spray based on boost values is perfect- you do not want the 'switch-type' that only injects x amount on boost, you want variable injection. Almost all the kits being offered have the same pumps these days (Aqua-Tech or something). The controllers are really what you need to worry about as in what features you want. Although, if you really want to go for a failsafe, I recommend steering away from the AEM/Snow, as their fail safes seem to have a bit of a caveat when it comes to being safe, buck up for an aquamist.
OR, do the simple, easy thing, not tuning up risking your engine upon any Water Injection system failure, and go Devils Own Injection, which I did, and recommend! Simple controller, good products, and nozzle selection, Especially at around $400 for a modulating controller with boost reference.
